Nadine Feldman's personal experience of the Trager Approach
is what led her to become a practitioner in 2001. In a few
sessions, the long-time pain she had experienced as a result
of a shoulder injury was alleviated completely. Through receiving
the work, many other subtle, very positive physical and emotional
changes also occurred. She knew then that becoming a practitioner
of this amazing modality of bodywork was to be the path she
would take.

Nadine enjoys working with the theory that in order for the
body to become liberated and tension-free, it must first learn
to experience effortless and easy movements. Nadine's gentle,
respectful touch through the Trager Approach allows clients
to experience this effortlessness and ease. Nadine goes on
the journey of discovery with her clients individually, and
applies the work to a wide range of physical difficulties,
including working with women who are experiencing peri-, pre-
and post-menopausal symptoms.
In 1996, Nadine established Have Thumbs Will Travel, her shiatsu
practice, after having explored many massage techniques as
well as energy work for over 20 years. Have Thumbs Will Travel
focuses on bringing bodywork into many homes, offices and
special events.
In June 2004, she opened MIND YOUR BODY, her massage
studio located in the Annex at Dupont and Bathurst in Toronto.
Individual sessions are available between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
most weekdays and between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekends. Nadine
still makes house calls and travels throughout the city (and
beyond) with her Trager table.
Nadine says: "This work continually renews me, awakens my
intuition and empathy, and provides me with much joy as I
watch my clients leave their aches and pains behind, making
progress much farther and faster than they thought possible.
I take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with my clients.
It is a privilege to be able to provide this service."
